You will be part of a regulatory group in Philips` legal department based in the Netherlands and the United States. Responsibilities range from building strong relationships with senior management, both within Philips and within law firms, to managing all operational activities related to the management of external legal counsel. The position covers all external consulting activities worldwide, with an important role for Dutch and US law firms. The external board manager will work closely with other business functions, will be based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and will report to senior management.
